We provide on-site interpretation, telephonic interpretation, video relay interpretation, and document translation to connect our clients with a language specialist that will best meet their needs.

The Office Coordinator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel.

  • Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate.

  • Managing schedules for conference and community spaces.

  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and breakroom supplies.

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages.

  • Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation.

  • Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment.

  • Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.

  • At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
